Default Cleaning Volk GT-Cs, Can I take apart??

Im about to buy a set of used Volks, they are a little dirty, wanting to know if I can take apart the wheels, They appear to have allen key size bolts around the lip. or is it actually welded somewhere on them?? Also, would I have to take off the tire?? Thanks

Nope, the center portion of the rim is removable via bolts. But yes, lips are welded to the barrel/one piece.

Wrong! Where do you even get your information from?

The GT-C (or any Volk GT series wheels) are two-piece wheels. You can separate the center from the barrel. When you put them back together, just make sure that you tighten them in a star pattern and torque the bolts equally.
