Of course, spare tire, jack and tools. Floor mats, trunk mats, maybe swap seats with some light weight seats.

The easiest way to drop weight is go on a diet. If I were to lose 40 lbs, I'd surely post better times.

Go to the track just above empty, maybe 3 gallons instead of full, this will shave 100 lbs

I'd say we have already shaven 200!!!

I bought TE37s w/ Toyo T1S. Even though I have much wider rubber, I shaved 40 lbs. off. I stayed with 18" and went with 8.5- 245/40 front 9.5- 275/40 rear. Underdrive pulleys could save a few lbs. of rotational mass.

Besides what has already been posted, remove the passenger seat, I bet it weighs a good 45+ lbs. Not much else you can do unless you want to start pulling off interior panels.

So far the best I can come up with is a Ti exhaust. Thats just about 60 lbs saved. Take out spare tire, jack, mat, tools on top of that and you've probably lost 100 lbs without sacraficing too much.
