Ok, base on most of your recomendations I have decided to go ahead with the 19" wheels. Thanks for all of your suggestions! Now, I have a local wheel shop by the name of Good Roads A.K.A. Groads. And they make their own wheel brand called "Status Wheels."
I am particularly fond of the "R-278 in Hyper Black - 19 wheels." See the following attachments. They are giving me a decent deal on some Nitto's Neo-Gen tires and the wheels, mounted, balanced, locks, tax, for $2,000. They claim that the wheels weight around 19 lbs, which compare to my stock wheels they are a lot lighter considering the differences in size. What do you guys think>?

I have had both 18 and 19's - both were terrific. The equalizer is the tires - they make or break ANY other suspension related mod you do (wheels included)

Their size are as follows: Front size tire with the wheel weights 49lbs and the back tire with the wheel weights 50lbs. The specs are: 245/45/18 - (B) 225/45/18 (F)
From the information that I gather from the forums ( I search all day) the Ruff Racing/ R 278's wheels weight as follows: 245/35/19 (F) 26lbs & 275/35/19 (B) 28lbs and from checking the Toyo.com website I got the weight of the tires as fallows: Toyo T1R's (F) 24LBS (B) 28lbs
Not that much of a diference in weight: Stock with wheels 18": (B) 50lbs & (F) 49lbs vs Ruff Racing R-278'S 19" WITH Toyo T1R's (B) 56LBS & (F)50LBS.
According to the 1 H.P. lost for every 6 lbs formula, it looks like I am only loosing 2 H.P.
