I just got the Invo for my G35 after hearing nothing but praise for them. I have had one person say that the sidewalls are not as stiff as other tires therefor they will not feel as responsive in the corners but this did not bother me as they are for my street wheels.
just switched from KDW to nitto invos today.
I have around 80,000 on a 05 G35c.
they ride much much quieter and smoother.
I've had KDW's as my last two sets of tires.
They were decent at first. good traction. but loud
and the tread wear was horrible.
15 - 18k before they started losing air alot or the tread was completely gone.
I'm reserving my verdict on the Invos right now but they seem good.
I'm about to hit a 1200 mile roadtrip so I'll have a good idea how they handle.

You have a 9.5 inch front wheel , why not ???? The largest you can do int he front is normally a 285 so a 275 should fit fine and have a better stagger. Probably better stagger for the rear tires you want to run.

I have gtf's (19x9.5 +17 front, 19x10.5 +24 rear) and I am running 255/35/19 front and 285/35/19 rear in the bfg's. My rears rub a little when I hit bumps and I am lowered on cobb springs
What are your offsets ??? and yes a 275 fits just fine in the front. Last week i was running 275/40-17's on 17x9 +22 no problem. They are the same size as 275/35-18 that istan is running and 275/30-19.
19 x 9.5 front 19 x 10.5 rear +17 +24. Ok so the 275/35/19 is safe to run without rubbing. What about the 295/35/19 in the rear? Will that safetly clear? By the way I am on stock suspension and if this setup in the rear is safe how much do you think i could eventually lower it without rubbing if I ever get around to coilovers or will it only clear on stock height? Thx for all your help guys.

How does the +17 offset affect if I can use a 275/35/19 in the front? Idk what to do cause some people tell me I can easily run it and even go bigger and others say I can't even do 275s. Please explain
The BFG g-force TA KDW NT ("new tread") is a terrific tire and excellent value. I have not run the tire on my G, which is dedicated to the Nitto NT-01 (275 up front and 315 in back), and with which I am very satisfied for a DOT-R offering.
I do run the BFG on my wife's car, which is a rebuilt 1993 Lincoln Mark VIII. Before you get into hysterics over that, please note the following. The motor is a 4.6L aluminum DOHC (block cast at Tedsik and three years later adopted for the Cobra as the motor of choice, with a different head and timing chain), chipped, with a boxed K&N cold air intake, stainless KOOK headers, high flow cats and dynamax true dual stainless exhaust. The air bag suspension is replaced with custom built coilovers, Adco stiff anti sways front and rear, and AP Racing brakes. Enkei LX 18" wheels and then 255mm treadwidth tires on all four corners (stock offering was heavy steel 16 inch diameter wheels with 225 mm width tires). The car is putting out about 360bhp normally aspirated. The grip on those BFG tires is fantastic. Corner turn in bite is crisp and immediate, braking grip is outstanding, and coming out of a turn you can roll on the power and stay connected to the road surface with absolute confidence and delight. The very long wheel base of the car makes it stay down very solidly, and you can really get on throttle aggressively. Of course, she just thinks the low gutteral roar of the headers is sort of neat and does not drive the car hard..........but I look for every opportunity to run errands in it! No question, the tires make all the rest of the features of the car work and work well...or not. Or perhaps to put it more correctly, everything else is supposed to be working to allow you to extract the maximum amount of grip you can get from the tires to improve the realizeable performance from your platform. For the money, the BFG is quite a good deal.
As for the Invo, I have not driven on it and cannot comment. The NT-01 is a heck of a great tire, having driven on probably seven or eight sets by now, plus a couple of sets of Hoosiers and a couple of sets of Toyo RA-1's. I would be surprised if the latest and greatest effort of Nitto on the Invo was not a superlative offering, and would recommend you get a ride with someone that has a set as the best use of your time, if possible a chance to drive on them, as there is no substitute for that. The old 555 has been passed by with technology on compound and tread design. It was a fine, affordable tire for the street guy on a budget, but it is not competitive any longer, as the performance returns for the money are now superior from the competition. (Thus the Invo!)

Yes, I would wager that everyone whos bashing Nitto has owned a set of 555's. I swore up and down I would never own a set of nittos after rolling on a set of 555's, which felt dangerous in the rain and even in the dry I didn't dare push the car.
Fastforward to my first set of wheels i bought for the Z that had Nitto NeoGens already installed. AWESOME tires.
I have heard nothing but good things about the Invos as well.
I've owned the NT555, T1-Rs, FK 452s, KDWs and KDs. I think I'm ready to try these Nitto Invo's as well. I can't stand how lound the BFGs get....they look and handle awesome, but the noise is something I didn't really notice 'til I took them off. I daily drive my car...not really a hardcore driver type.
Anyone see the video of the LP640 that did 219mph (at night)? Kind of stupid. Well anyways, he had the Nitto Invo's on that car...not that it's a reason for trying them.
