That would be Dymag and very, very expensive. Also, 360 Forged makes some in carbon fiber overlay.

I noticed that the wheel doesn't say "FORGED MONOBLOCK" Don't all TE37's and LE37's have that imprinted on the wheel?

Since we're talking about Seibon, maybe these are cast ones made by Rota for Rays.
