thanks
And then on the seventh day God created the search button and rested.........
8.5/9.5 usually a lighter setup then the 9.5/10.5 you might be able to fit a fatter tire on a 9.5 because 10.5 takes up some space but the thing is people have put 305 on 10.5 before so....but your probably less likely to rub with a 9.5 and a fatter/wider tire then with a 10.5 and a fatter tire.
I meant fender rubbing. 9.5/10.5 usually if not always has a bigger lip then a 8.5/9.5 combo, of course it depends on the wheel and the offset.
8.5/9.5 are a little bit cheaper due to the fact it being a smaller combo and the tires might not be as expensive because you don't have to run the common 255/285 that we do with the 9.5/10.5 setup.
More contact to the ground with a 10.5 wheels in the back equates to more grip/traction.
It also depends on if your going to go 18's or 19's. In my opinion 18's are for go (track days) and 19's are for show. if your looking to save money go 18's and then whatever widths you want. Tires seem to much cheaper for the 18's because it's more of a common size, of course I haven't looked at tire prices for a year.
there some other benefits that i might have forgotten to list but i have to go to work.
damn i said combo a lot, goodluck.
