I've been trying to get my cracked rims (3 out of 4) replaced by Nissan. My car has been at the dealership for 13 days now. Has anyone had to endure this and did you have pay for new rims? I have (had) '06 stock Touring chrome rims. I know there are issues with the after-market chrome rims and complaints filed with NHTSA (I'm one of them). Besides istan, who else has this happened to?

In the past 2 weeks, I've made at least 30 phone calls to two dealerships, one outside vendor, and my Nissan Consumer Affairs Follow-up Specialist. Add in 2 on-line requests to be contacted, one email, and one fax. What gives?
