in most cases ppl referring to pulled/flared fenders have the same thing in mind. However, to be more precise... "flare" describes a particular fender shape/style. Whether, you pull oem fenders, add ZG kind of flares, or have similar ones made of sheet metal, as long as they have that round shape they're considered flares.

oh ok i get it. i got my fenders rolled today and the guy asked me if i wanted them flared and i said yea but they look more like a slight pull to me

Probably tint, did the same to mine a few years ago and it still looks good

so what kind of suspension are most of you guys running? can stance supersport + do the job and get me low? or bc coilovers?

yeah..im not saying you cant. just do the wheels last and make sure you wash out the bucket after your done. also use dedicated rags for the wheels.
