I just removed the top screw and tucked the liner under fender, rubbing stopped. You might need to add more /\

Yea, my tire was rubbing only on that screw.
Your offset is more aggressive so it may not work in your case. The best thing do is figure out exactly where it is rubbing and go from there. As spoolngst said, you may have to remove the fender liner/roll fenders/add camber...
