Now onto Works with much more aggressive width and offsets.

Hey Alvin, any pics of your SF Challenges set up?

I would bump up to a 10.5" wheel and don't go more aggressive than a +28 if you don't want to roll your fenders

yes, you will need to roll your fenders

It will rub, on a 10.5" without running excessive camber and a really stretched tire, the max I have found you can run is about a +28, maybe down to a +25. I know that once you get to +23, or lower, it is almost 100% that it will rub without fender rolling.. depending on camber and tire size though

the most accurate use of the "weaksauce" term to date.

I've had:
Volk LE37t 19x8.5 +24 /19x9.5 +30 in Gunmetal
Volk GT-V 19x9.5 +24 / 19x10.5 +30 in RMC
Volk SF-Challenge 19x9.5 +23 / 19x10.5 +23 in Gunmetal
Ray's G-Games 99b 19x9.5 +22 /19x10.5 +22 in Grey
Volk SF-Challenge 19x9.5 +23 / 19x10.5 +26 in Diamond Black
Volk GT-V 19x9.5 +24 / 19x10.5 +30 in Titanium Gunmetal
Volk GT-S 19x9.5 +28 / 19x10.5 +30 in Gloss Black

Current is, by far, the best fitment yet:
Volk GT-S 19x9.5 +17 / 19x10.5 +18 in Diamond Black

sf challenge 19x9.5 +28/ 19x10.5 +23
so running the above setup will require fender rolling in the rears only or both?
tires are 255/35/19 and 275/35/19

your front fenders are basically rolled from the factory. You can't do much in terms of "rolling" them... you could pull them, but will not be needed up front with those offsets. Your rears will most likely need a slight roll. Your tires will be fairly stretched which will work in your favor as far as fitment and clearance is concerned. That said, in my experience, once you move lower than a +25 offset on a 10.5" wheel, you more likely than not need to roll your fenders
