Don't listen to the haters on here. They can't stand it when people buy cheap rims - they either want you to get ugly, light rims for the same price, or blow your load on some Volks. They really couldn't give a rat's *** what would be the best for you.
Now, if you have the money, yes, go for the Volks. But if money is tight, don't give in to these guys.
As for the wheels, I would say Rim 1 in black, or Rim 2 in silver. But yes, make sure you get the right offset!

I would choose neither as well, not because the rims are cheap, but I don't think either one fits the tyle of your body kit. Go with Axis Super Hiro or Matrix if you want to go with inexpensive rims,.

i can get either one of these rims in 19X8.5(front) and 19X9.5(rear) for $1500 with tires. I like that kind of price, lol. and they both have a fat *** lip on them, which i think looks agressive on a Z.

If you are going the cheap route, here is my suggestion. Staggered and with spacers would look pretty good.

Cheap or inexpensive does not mean poor quaility. I happen to have ADR's on my car because they look good. As long as the company you purchase from is reputible(?) and has policies on defects, there is nothing wrong with purchasing less expensive wheels. To each their own, however, I have a background in manufacturing. I know that wheels like Volks, the premium paid for them is not because the are better, it is because lower products runs and marketing. Why pay for the name. Not to mention I have seen a few Volk crack at low speed hiting pot holes. Personally I hit a pot hold at 90 and not one problem.

I like these. I think I am gonna go with these in hyper silver, i think they will match my car perfectly. And they warranty all of their wheels. They are about $2100 for 19X8.5 and 19X9.5 What offset should i get??? I want the wheels to stick out about as much as stock ones but i want the fattest lip possible.

Ok wait, hold up a sec. Be sure to find out what tires you would be getting with that package. The site doesn't even list it anywhere, and I'm sure they are crap. For $1,900, you should be able to find a decent rim with a great tire. I know nothing about HP Racing wheels, so you might want to do some research on them first and figure out how much they weigh.
Also, it seems as though they are giving you 245/35 and 275/30 tires. The perfect match is 35 profile on both front and rear with those diameters and widths. Be sure to check this out first as well - http://www.miata.net/garage/tirecalc.html
As for the offset on 19x8.5 up front and 19x9.5 in the rear, 20mm is a great offset. I would have almost gone with 15mm up front, but 20mm for the rear is perfect (don't need to roll the fenders, and sits real flush).
