VOLK GTS help...
I am looking into getting some GTS's 19 9.5 fronts, and 19 10.5 rears.
I have not decided on the offsets as of yet, and honestly what's available
may dictate what offset I'll have to settle for.
Anyone running this set up have pics of their rides, and any information
that may be helpful into making the right purchase. Did any of you guys
have to roll your fenders with this set up? I don't really want to roll my
fenders, so any help/advice you can provide.
Thanks in advance.

do a search...you'll find a sh1tload...
but just dealt with this recently...
aggressive offset such as +17f+18r, you'll need to roll or shave fender...if not raised it to stock if not close to stock height. 285 and 275 will fit... but will run into prob if your slammed greater than 1". Fronts...no prob...
with these offsets, others have suggested that if you're slammed to greater than 1.5", you'll need to run greater camber than stock...but doing so will decrease tire longevity as tires are slanted.
I have no experience with conventional offset...but I imagined to be less headache..
all in all, I wouldnt trade this set up as they're badazz...
good luck

you were one of the members who responded to a thread I started re: similar subject:...gf210 and aggressive ett of 17 and 18...
tell me honestly...
now I don't know what roads are like in NO but do you have any rubbing issues...? ...ever..... Or do you have to take extra care when going thru **** roads. any blemishes on your treads or side walls....
I like your set up with gf210 as it looks on your Z but just was rubbing on my car even with rolled fenders...given that I'm here in the NorthEast where extreme weather takes a toll on the roads....
my solution was to raise with hotchkis...
doesnt look as hot as yours but I'll take it as I can ran it hard and won't even think twice bout rubbing...
thanks for no BS response...

wheww..your ride looks awesome...
what I'll think I'll do next time is to use coilovers so that I can adjust them... I've seen your addntl Z images as well and I swear for some freak reason, my tires (similar set up, volk GTS ett of +18r with 285) sticks out more than yours...
yours seem to tuck in just right with those 285's....
I know I know...useless without images...
will post pix as soon as I get home...

there's certainly a significant difference. GF210 are nice and low but rough. a daily test is one interstate i drive nightly to work. The usual bump at 60-85 that will spill the coffee if not held....will jolt my head on cabin ceiling,...hard if I dont bend my neck to anticipate it. Another is that you're low. not slammed but low...I sometimes scrap midpipes to extreme garage exit ramps.
hotchkis, nice ride... hit similar bump above will just stir the coffee and my head doesn't reach ceiling. bounciness of stocks are eliminated. hotchkis with toyo's provides a tight pull on straight aways... and just a dream on the curves...
spc camber kit for rear although I didn't use them with gf210 and thought that car rode without probs..
... and correcting allignment is important, esp after any height adjustment...
IF YOU DONT WANT FENDERS ROLLED...less aggressive offsets is ur ans...
