The way I started was to go to TireRack.com, then to their Upgrade Garage and read all of the tech bulletins and faqs they have on wheels and tires and sizing.
Then shop their site for a couple of wheels/tires you like and go to the tech specs for the wheel or tire and it will tell you what rim width is required.
If you know you want to buy at TireRack, it's easy. They have a configurator that lets you tell them what Z model you have and they will tell you what they have that fits.
But if you want to shop lots of sites or sort through the comments here and know if they apply to you or not, that's a good way to begin. Good luck.

go to the thread with my name on it in this forum 7.5 8.5 9.5 I was explained all this too. Dont worry your not alone we werent born with wheel and tire knowledge..offset is how far the tire and rim will stick inside or outside the fender...smaller the wider ...your ideal for the 350 is prob. 20-30 with the smaller in back...you can go to websites like bigwheels.net or tire rack and look at rim and tire packages and youll be able to see what tire sezes fit.
