Default Cracked Axis after Powder Coating?

Hi yall...im trying to find some answers for one of my customer. while custom clearbraing his V2 i glance over and saw this

he said the Axis wheels were PC black about a month ago w/ no signs of crack. could this be a case of bad manufacturing or the high heat from the PC oven that weaken it? what do you guys think? thank you

quick-fix

Axis wheels crack ALL the time. Most people call them "craxis". If someone told me they kicked their rim and it cracked i would beleive it at this point.

This was a problem with early model Hiros. Mine did this and were replaced, although I never had any extra finish applied to mine... I would contact Axis about this ASAP and send them the photos. They were extremely helpful when this happened to me :-)
