SO I inspected my 01 350z for tire wear the other day ( just hit 60k) bought the car with 50k when it had new tires on it, now 10k later, the front tires look fine id say about 60% tread remaning ( weird tho left seemed to have bout 10% more thread than right any comment on that) and also rear was weird the center had about whic looked like 20-30 % thread mb a lil more but outer parts of the tire had good 60%. TIres are some crap AVON used car dealer lot put on car before sale.

Knock on wood* car doesnt make any noise that would suggest feathering, and the wear is pretty even on the front tires its the rear taht is a little weird.

I wouldnt say it I rape it all the time but I dont drive it like a granpda, so can sometimes under heavy acceleration the center of rear tire wear more than the sides?

If there is less tread in the centers, they are probably over inflated.

sry guys I mean 03, how long does a pair of rear tires ussualy last you guys if you drive spiritedly?
