It's called a pixel car. You literally add one pixel at a time, until it's right. Here is a revised version, but for some reason it won't let me put it in my sig.

First time I ever seen em w/out the rivets. They look good. Iforged didnt bless me w those kinda lips

 

Yeah, that car is fixable, the black paint must be soft to get that marred, so I bet a full clay, compounding, polishing, and wax/sealant would bring her up to 95% again. I've down black cars at least that bad hehe.
