Can i please see some pics of Z's with this setup? Im just really curious on how these offsets will look... please state what size tires you are running also...

The wheels i want are ONLY available in this offset, and im going for the flush/inline with fenders look and im not sure this offset will deliver

thanks in advance..

No need for pics..I can already tell you'll need at least 10mm spacers AT LEAST to be flush.

EDIT: I thought you're getting the RPF1's?

i've been looking at almost EVERY wheel... i dont know whats what anymore lol..

This is what i want right now...

And they only come in the +25 offsets.. What are your thoughts on running spacers???? I really did not want to run spacers, but it looks like i might have to, if i get them..

I found this pic:

and this is the fitment i want... BUT, i suspect this is either a photoshop, or they're running spacers

Ahh those..AME's are pretty JDM and definitely unique since not many have them. However Japanese spec wheels have pretty conservative offsets.
If you buy those you would definitely need st get at least 100mm spacer minimum to have it come close to sitting flush.

im sure you meant to say 10mm, not 100mm lol..

I mean, 10mm seems like its nothing... will 1cm really make that big of a difference visually? I would still love to see some pics...

LOL yea typo man. Freaking iphone lol 10mm AT LEAST. Believe it or not 10mm could make quite a difference. If i were you I would go with the baller offset and get 20mm spacer to make it +5! Roll the fenders, some neg. camber and you're good to go!

Well here's a pic of my old wheels with the specs of 18x9 +18 front and 18x10 +22 rear. Rears are only 3mm difference so it should be pretty close to what you're looking for.

thanks for the pic...

see that looks pretty close to the fender to me... i wish you had a STRAIGHT from the back shot so i can see it...

If i do get the wheels... ill probably see what it looks like first with no spacer and then decide... But 20mm????!!!! Damn, that seems like a huge spacer... is that safe on the bolts? Will performance be affected in aany way?

This is also my DD.. i drive it 50 mi on the freeway everyday, so i dont want too much neg camber...

What tires were you running when you had these?? Im thinking if i get 285s, itll bulge out a bit and make it seem more flush... no?

This is the only rear shot I have of with those wheels haha.
Seems like you're ok with around there. I thought you wanted hellaflush aka baller offsets lol Perhaps 20mm was too much then.
Spacers, even one as big as 30mm, won't have any problems. I know a guy who tracks his car with 30mm spacers.
Just get 5mm spacers. That should do it.

I was running Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 on those 18's. You can try to get 285/35 or 295/30(might be a bit hard on 10" wheels)

Those are the exact width/offset that the PIAA Super Rozza come in. I found this although there isn't a perfect shot of the offset, you can get an idea: http://www.zmodified.com/gallery/dis...lbum=745&pos=0

I recently picked up the same wheels gsazabi shows in the pic. Like he said you will be within 3mm of that in the rear. I can tell you that the wheels sit pretty flush if running neutral camber and a decent size tire (I am running 265/35 F and 295/35 R). -> maybe I'll get a pic of them today. If you are not planning on rolling your fenders or running excessive camber, the wheels will be close to as agressive as you will be able to run without rubbing. You might be able to get away with a 5mm spacer in the rear, but I doubt you will even be able to run a 10mm spacer... depending on your tire, camber, fender roll situation. if those wheels are the ones you like, don't worry about the offsets. IMHO they are very close to being what I consider perfect offsets for the Z in the rear.

Up front, you could run a 10mm spacer, but again, the offsets are still decent. My suggestion is to buy the wheels and see what you think. I ran 15mm HR spacers with my other wheels. I have absolulely no hesitation about running. Never had an issue with them. I actually just installed the really long studs and just use open ended lug nuts to all me to switch wheels and spacers with minimal hassle

Oh on those particular pictures I was running 245/40/18 front and 275/40/18.
If you're gonna go with the PS2's DO NOT go with that setup, for PS2's sidewall is noticable taller on 275/40/18 than other companies. It's almost 4x4 status.
I ended up switching them with 255/35/18 front and 285/35/18(overall diameter was a bit smaller than stock but had no problems watsoever)
Unfortunately, I don't have pics of that setup.

thanks for the pics guys... that really helps!

See i think these offsets will do for me for now... i think that it looks pretty good... i mean, dont get me wrong, i would love me some "hellaflush baller" offsets, but i need to be somewhat practical since i drive 50 miles per day right now

.. and i can always get rear spacers later on if im not happy...

Here are the sizes of tires i was recommended:
255-40-18 and 285-35-18.. sound good??

Also, im wondering if the fact that the rim has ZERO lip on it, will make it seem even more tucked in... what do you guys think?

thanks.. i would love to see a pic! I especially want to see how those 295s look on a 10 inch rim... please post some

and yeah i think i might just get them, and run a 5-10 mm spacer in the rear if im not satisfied...
