Default Volks Stolen!!!!!

Well like the title states I am getting ready to head to florida later this week and found out that my 350Z that is down their got some rims stolen. So two my Volks SF Winnings are gone at the moment. According to the camera looks like that is all they were able to grab by the time the security guys showed up.

Now awhile ago I asked about what type of wheels to get on this forum and every one said buy some VOLKS. I really thought it was a bad idea and was going to get some ADR crap instead. Well for a car that was forced to sit outside that probably the better idea at the moment.

What are some acceptable rims that are cheap in an 18 inch size. I am not going to pay the price for an 19 inch tire that will sit outside and rot. Also their is no way in hell leaving my 911S outside to sit in the damn sun. So dont bother mentioning to put the car in the garage. I already have a four car garage and between the boat the jet ski's and the 911 nothing else will fit.

THANX

ANY HELP WOULD BE NICE!!!!

Why not just buy two new Volk wheels and get some Rays locking lugs with them?

You could buy some cheaper 18's, like Rotas, but it would cost around the same price as replacing the volks.

Won't insurance cover the stolen wheels?

Honestly if you can afford a 911s, a 350z, a boat, jet skis and a four car garage something tells me you can afford to put wheel locks on your wheels. I would think you would be able to buy 5 sets of locks and have 5 locks on each wheel if you really wanted too. But that's just what I think.

You could always just get some 18' nismos with locks, or just powdercoat the stocks.

i hear ya on this one bro, a few weeks ago i had my GTS stolen from storage, although insurance is paying for the rims/tires it's still gonna be a hell of a time choosing which wheels/tires to actually go with! lol that's been on my mind for the past week! So in response, would you rather go with cheaper rims/tires since it won't be secured? I thought the same, eh maye go with Axis or something cheaper which i still may do, and put the rest of the money toward a nice hood or something, but then again whats the quality going to be like hm?

There are some LE37s in the private classifieds for relatively cheap. Or you should get some stock rims.

Buddy I feel your pain. It shouldn't matter how rich you are, if your wheels get stolen it still is horrible. I hope it works out for you. (My 3 week old CE28N time attacks were stolen).

I'll do all the research and pick out a nice set of wheel locks for you, for a 20% commission. I'm bored today and I could use an extra $10.

Seriously, I feel bad for your loss, but I say replace your two missing wheels and buy wheel locks for all around.

Lock nuts!!! I had one on each damn wheel!!!! The guy who takes care of my place found the stupid kit you can buy from MAC tools or Snap on or Matco right beside the car!!!!!!

They did not care about wheel LOCKS!!!!!!

Yeah I dont understand it my damn place has a gate and a wall around it. But the rims are gone I hate paying into the damn rent a cop thing though and getting scammed like this. Anyways I have a nice set to take off wheel locks and stripped lugs plus I got a nice ratchet and braker bar too!!!!!

LOCKS are not worth CRAP!!!!!
