Will any of the Volk center caps fit the Stock 18" Rays? Sorry if it's a noob question...

i don't think they can. not all of them anyway. some are different sizes.

why would you want to put volk centercaps on the OEM wheels anyways?

 

Volk Racing is just one line made by Ray's. Your forged oem 19's are made by Ray's, but are not Volks. Ya dig?

 

stock 18's are made by rays?

If I am not mistaken, Only GT wheels and 19" G35 wheels are made by rays.

 

Track wheels were also made by rays

 

oh I didn't see that he has track edition.

 

Looking for something different and when I got my wheels PC I forgot to get my stock center caps painted and looking over them thought it might be a cool idea... If I don't like them I can always change them.... Bumpo still don't know if they'll work!!! anyone just a quick yes or no

 

Volk centercaps on non Volk wheels=FAIL

 

Not fail Mackin Industries makes both... I'm not putting Volk center caps on fake volks. I'm not looking for any input I'm just looking for a yes/no.... will it or will it not work? It's like hating on people putting Z33 or fairlady Z emblems on there Z. You might not agree with what I'm trying to do but I'm looking for an answer not an opinion...

This is NOT the same thing Thats like saying ASA and BBS are the same wheels and you can put BBS centercaps and ASA wheels and they would be the same thing. This is more like putting a GT-R emblem in a g35, yes both are made by Nissan, but that doesn't mean G35 = GT-R

 

And putting a fairlady Z or Z33 emblem on a Z isn't frowned upon? I'm trying something different and again all I need is a yes or a no... If I like it ohhh well I didn't get the mods I have now to please others....

 

I also think putting Volk center caps on OEM wheels is a bad idea. It would look cheesy.

So just to clear everything up... It's ok to put a Z33 or Fairlady Z emblem on a Z and that's "acceptable" but not ok to match a mackin industries product with a macking industries product? I'm confused... What would you reecomend sinc ethe $h!tty stock center caps look less than pleasing?

 

If you found Rays center caps, then it would be okay, but VOLK=/RAYS, Rays also makes their own line of wheels, as well as lexion, black fleet etc. with many different manufacturing techniques and finishes. THIS DOES NOT MAKE THEM VOLKS

 

And why do you keep saying Mackin Industries? They don't make any wheels at all! They are just a distributor
