I bought some 18 x 8.5 and 18 x 9.5 LMGT4s (used) but they didn't come with center caps.

Does anyone know where I can get the center caps that normally come with those wheels? If they aren't sold separately, are there any other center caps I can substitute? Maybe the Ray's center caps or something?

you should be able to get those online.. not cheap though
try perf nissan or riverside infiniti or even ebay

 

Performance Nissan doesn't have them (just Volk center caps http://www.mynismo.com/categories/?id=6166).

What's Riverside Infiniti's URL? http://www.riversideinfiniti.com/ didn't have anything.
