i would be weary of the condition of the wheels with the curb rash and "lips need to be polished."
you cant just polish lips on Volks. They need to be stripped of there original coating and then you can polish and leave as is or put a clear coat on which will dull out the lips. You might want to look into the process before hand. unless you dont mind the condition of the wheels that they are in right now.
basically, they wont ever be the same.
good luck

if the finish is that bad and they are rusting...why would you even consider getting them... when its all said and done, you could have gotten better condition wheels with the money your gonna have to spend to get them fixed.

Your going to have to remove the tires, take the wheels apart, and send the wheel barrels to be refinished, reassmeble them and remount and balance the tires. They will have to media blast them, then reannodize them silver andthen clearcoat them. Volk's do not have "polished" lips. It's going to be expensive.
It looks like wheel cleaner was used on those wheels.

someone seems desperate for volks... i'd rather use that money for a brand new set of cheaper rims than this f'd up set of volks. why not just buy a good used set from this site? you know it's gonna end up costing the same...

please dont knock the 20's on a Z. when properly done with a good offsets and a nice drop, the 20's look natural on a Z. one of the best setups ive seen was a Z with GTC's in 20's. yes they are heavy as hell though.
wish i had more pics, maybe starve could help me out but here is one.

i wouldnt pay more than a grand for those. if i did buy those, i would get the lips chromed.
