Found them in the link above this morning and unfortunatly they were sold to soon for me to get a chance at them. But ive never seen them befor and i cant seem to find anyone who has seen them befor haha. Does anyone know anything about this brand or wheel and if its reliable and or made well in that matter? Just wondering on any information on these..I pretty much found a website in japenese on them and that didnt help out in the reading process on any info on these lol. Just wondering..

 

Impul is a very high end (read expensive) manufacturer...not sure who makes their wheels for them, but all their stuff is top notch

Enkei makes the RS wheels, I also had a set of the F919s, which were made by a different wheel manufacturer (cant remember who)
