Pic Request 19x11.5 with 245/35/19
Dude im sorry bout the *******s on this forum. I never knew the majority of 350z owners were so SUPERIOR to others but apparently being a dick is included in the warranty.
I wish i knew enough to give you some advice but all i can say is your car looks crazy aggressive. good luck on your search

Thanks for your hospitality and welcoming spirit.
Like I said, there are always people like you who make these forums so much of a friendly place to chat about modding cars.
Props to CLKFAN for the positive attitude and keeping this thread clean, regardless of how many people keep trashing it.
To answer your question:
I have yet to see one stretched to that extreme. The link you posted about 245-35 on the 11 was the first tive I've seen it.
In theory, here are my theories:
By technicality: MFG don't suggest running that size of tire on that width, it's very risky and dangerous.
By reasoning: If it was done on a 11" width and was able to run fine for a long time, 11.5" wouldn't matter. It'd be the extreme limit.
And last but not least, my opinions:
I don't condone nor recommend you do it, especially for a beautiful car as yours. It's risking your life as well as your passenger (especially if you have babies on board).
I suggest you go a lil bigger to be on the safeside. If you want to retain the stretched look, 265-35 would be decent since I've seen couple members ran those before on 11 and 11.5 "safely, as I last checKed" and still have the uber stretched look.
Anyhow, keep us posted. I'm sure u can sell those 245-35 fast and make way for the new tires.
Keep up with the positive attitudes, don't let others talk you down. You're here for questions, and many of us are here to help.

Thanks for your response. The reasoning behind the question is because I happen to have the 245/35 tires and they are brand new but I just didn't want to go and buy new tires again for this new set up. I want some stretching but didn't want to spend more money on new tires. I'm going to buy some used 265/30's to see how they look and then figure out from there.
I'll just sell these 245's if they don't work, I've only had them for about 2 month with my current set up.

No problem bro. I understand your reasoning perfectly. You may want to switch these up to the front?
Btw, def come back with some pics. I'm sure it'd help a lot of other people as well, who may have similar interests.

I had 19x11.5 with 275/30/19 and it was pretty stretched. 265/30/19 would have worked. 245 is pretty small but its possible. Depends on the tire brand and model.

Pictures won't do you that much good either, as different tires have different true widths and varying sidewall thicknesses. For example, a 245/35/19 Toyo T1R or Falken FK452 will be very different than a 245/35/19 Michelin PS2 or Advan Sport.
So as you all know from the beginning of this thread I decided to go wider all around with my wheels so I rolled and flared all my fenders more and I lowered the car more....almost DUT low.
I used to have 19x8.5 and 19x10
I added a 4" lip on the rear wheels and my old rear 2.5" lip on the front. My inner rear barrels were 7.5" and my fronts were 7" so now I have:
19x9.5 = 2.5" lip
Tires = 225/35/19
19x11.5 = 4" lip
245/35/19
I will be getting some 275/30/19 for the rears because the stretch is a little to much right now.
Enjoy the pics
