Default Stock Tpms On Aftermarket Wheels

havent been able to find much on this but was wondering if the stock tpms on a 06 touring z would fit on aftermarket ruff racing 281 wheels? im going to be putting on the new rollers pretty soon and wonder if i should even bother taking the monitors out of the stock rims and try installing them on the new rims. hope someone can help.
