Do those CE28Ns come in 19"?

 

They don't currently come in 19's. Volk will be releasing 20" models of some wheels later this year, or next.

 

Can they even be bought with a polished lip.....or is it a special edition such as the LE37 "Top Secret Edition" that the Top Secret car wears.....which has a gold center and a polished lip.....i just assumed they were solid colors.......i love these wheels if they can be had with a polished lip id be all over em'...
