Got new wheels about a month ago and ended up getting the Bridgestone RE01A Pole Positions just cause of the sizing choice 265/35f 285/35r just about no one makes a 285/35 tire. Long story short I HATED them, way too soft sidewall, pretty sticky, but felt way too unstable with the sidewall being MUSH. Good tire for highway cruising (very quiet and not rough at all for being a 35 series tire) and really good in the rain, just not the right tire for me and my driving style. Anyways, tire rack took them back and after some researching I got into a set of 255/40f 295/35r KDW2's. Overall diameter is supposed to be exactly the same, however my eye still tells me the front are a tad taller than the rear......

My review of the KDW2:
Quite loud, but my Z is for performance, besides I had MX's before so im used to it. Sidewall is adequate, not as stiff at the MX's but very nice none the less. Haven't driven in the rain yet, but I don't see them being amazing in the rain like the Bridgestones were. As for stickyness.... well when they are cold they are quite slick, however I have found after they warm up I have yet to hear them scream, but boy do they scream when they are cold lol.
For the 295 on a 10.5" wheel with +15 I did have to roll the fenders. I had them slightly stretched as well just for added comfort. I plan on running a 305/30/18 out back on the track and a 285/30f. Either that or a 285/295 setup, I still love the feel of a closely staggered tire.

Also that last PIC is the neighborhood where im looking at buying a house. Lake front FTW
Very nice neighborhood, it's called Charle's Mill Lake. Only bad thing is there is a 15HP restriction (basically just pontoons) but the lake 5 miles down the road has no motor restrictions.
