So what's the point of the above comment? Sorry just wondering what you are trying to get at.
Just offering my honest opinion from the few pics you provided. I cannot reach a conclusion on if I like those wheels or not. Any new Volks look stunning at first sight. Just being straight-forward. If I did not like those wheels, then I would have said, "I don't like your wheels." I never bite my tongue; if I feel like saying something I will say it.

I always feel free to criticize anything I don't find appealing. My intentions are not to hurt your feelings. Honesty is the best policy. I can be as honest as the day is long.
eta for the rims is next Wednesday, so I'll probably pop by then.
LOL....just to clearify, I was feeling the diffrence in tire compounds (really) ...the Toyo's and my stock Bridgestones....
If Scurfield left some tire shine on your Toyos....well, I'm sure he didn't mean to
They look alright. I have to see them on a car to see how well that black lip flows. That red strip around the wheel seems to make everything busy. I don't know, too early for me to give a final judgement.
I'm sure the OP paid a premium for these. Expect "looks nice!" comments regardless if they don't look good at all.
The only thing that I would do would be to paint the recessed "Volk Racing" lettering on the spoke flat black or red to have it match the stripe or the lip.
^thanks James. Still thinking of what to do that'll flow. Something uniquely crazy in detail, yet simple and subtle from a distance...you know my flava

We have a taste for the same flavor then. Somthing subtle, but that will also incorporate eye-catching details.
