Default Alignment with Underinflated Tires

Can anyone tell me if underinflated tires (at least 3-4 psi below the recommended inflation pressure) would result in an improper alignment of the tires?

I had an alignment performed on new tires that were recently mounted, but the car is pulling to the right. I checked the tire pressure the next morning when the tires were cold and discovered that 3 of the tires were underinflated by at least 3-4psi from the recommended 35psi.

Any feedback would be much appreciated.

I'm sure the folks that did the alignment would be glad to re-check it for you. Especially if you tell them it's pulling - regardless of the tire pressure.
