I guess I'm one of the few guys who doesn't mind the look of the stock 18" wheels on my Touring model. What I really hated though, was the space between the wheels and the fenders. So I purchased a set of high quality 2" spacers from Spencer Racing. Now the wells are filled in, and the track is increased all around. There is no rubbing either.

But I'd like to put a little wider tire in the front and back. Does anyone know how wide a tire you can safely put on the front and back with the stock wheel?

Marcus

I still have the stock Touring 18"ers. Are you looking for trade-ins or something?

Marcus, for what I found out the stock touring 18"s are 18x8 all around. The original tires are 225F and 245R.

I think I was told 255 is the max width (safely).

To keep the same ofset of sizes (ratio front to rear) that comes OEM, I had thought of going to 245F and 265R, but that would not be right on stock 18x8.

The Track wheels have 18x8.5 on the back, which raises the rear size to 265, maybe 275...

I am thinking of going to Track wheels (one of my options), but thought with an aftermarket I can go 18x9F and 18x10R and open my options on tire size...

Always a few options.

We can set up a BC Forged Group purchase. If the amount of PMs im getting is any indication, we have enough interest.

DTD has also initiated a Trade-in program for stock wheels less than a year old. More info on this can be had by emailing me privately THolzwarth@discounttireco.com

Group purchase on something else? GGames?

DiscountTireDirect, you need to post a link to your BC wheels more often since you don't have a link to them on your site (that I've found).

I might be interested, but I need to see the wheels first! :-)

What are the weights on 19x9 and 19x8" Privat Fahrens and G Games 77 Wolfs?

I like the look of the Wolfs in general, but I'm not really too enamored by the inner edge design.

The Fahrens look nice.

But I think I really want is iForged Aeros or Volk GT-7s for a good price.

Ditto on the weights. What kind of deal can you get on 18" G-Games, gunmetal?
