see my whole problem with the black rim is that black matches the tire's look as well. if you check out the pix that kelsey posted yeah the rims looks tight, but if you notice it better you see more of the tire when looking at them giving the rims that american racing rim on a mustang look. "bulky"

now them Volk CF's with the red stripe is tight, but i've looked around and even asked the owner or previous owner of that z if he had them. Since he's sponsored he got them rims and there not even out yet. The te's are what i OG wanted, but that second pic they look small compared to the tire. it may be me just being ****, but if ima spend the $ for something i do mad research on what i want b4 i buy. Kinda drives me crazy, but thats what i gotta do to finish my masterpiece!! Sorry if im re posting and what not, it's just easier to get help when there's more heads involved. I do appreciate the help.

imo black on black only looks good if you keep your tires shiny. if you're worried about it looks like a bulky tire and not bigger rims, get something with a colored lip or just buy all black and get the lip pc'd a different color besides the overused TA red.

 

does anyone have the axis Hiro's or super hiro's?

 

please DO NOT get the super hiros. for some reason they look like complete crap to me. and you will here alot of bad reviews on this forum about hiros.

it's not the red. for some reason i just think the super hiro's look unbelievably cheap. it's not because i'm pushing for anyone to get volks. i just hate the look of the super hiro's. otherwise there are some nice looking axis rims. marques1 has some sweet looking shine's, but they're not black like you're looking for.

got the time attacks, black with red stripe the ones i originally wanted...and finally found!

front 19x9.5
rear 19x10.5
offset 22mm
weight for the rear is 22 lbs...im assuming fronts are less just cannot find it.

 

nice choice much much better than axis. im sure you will not be disappointed. i just bought some volks and waiting for fix some things so i can enjoy them.

 

ahhhh TA's... people have bound to be getting tired of them some time!! oh well, they'll look sick.
