Default bigger tires + spacers?

Just to start.. i've already searched and came across nothing.
First i was looking at spacers and found that i want a 25mm up front and 30mm in the rear. Recently, i discovered that i need new tires as well and im looking to upgrade to (on stock 17's):
R 255/45/17
F 245/45/17
i know that this combo works for our Z with stock rims.
but now i dont know if these size tires will rub with the spacers i am planning on getting. i may lower in the future is this works out now. so my question is, will 255/45/17 rub with a rim 17X8 +3 (33+ offset, 30mm spacer = +3 effective offset) in the rear and 245/45/17 rim 17x7.5 +8 front?

All your numbers are just on paper at this point so it makes it difficult to give a firm yes or no.

Going from a 245 to a 255 mm tire you will need an additional 5 mm clearance inside the tire and 5 mm outside. If you have the clearance its a go.

haha i want to keep the stock look for a while longer (few years till i graduate) and make the big jump with new rims/tires later on. i'm just trying to update the look without making any major changes!

davidv - so since stock rear tires are 235, i would need 10mm additional space inside and out with 255 tires?
