Default euro wheel love

Hey guyz i posted a few months ago, wanting to know if anyone had put m3 csl replica wheels on there z. I didn't get one response so i figured i'd go and be the first guy on the site to do this. The specs are 8x18 frnt and 9x18 bck 245f 275r with 20 mm spacer. the pics do the wheels no justice, there absolutely georgeous. Its also a kinda cool driving around knowing I'll probably never see another z with these wheels.

look good, but isn't a 19x8 wheel a little narrow for a 275 tire in the rear?

Oh crap. The CSL replica craze has left the E46 community and followed me here. Geez.

Thanks again for the compliments, I'm really having a hard time now deciding if i want to lower the car, I had an eclipse that was slammed 2 inches, and boy was that a headache. If i do lower her, i'll probably go with hotchkis springs.

isnt the bolt pattern different than our 5x114.3? thought it was 5x120 for the m3? but im sure the spacers corrected that. looks nice!

Yeah the spacers allowed me to have them bolted on, I figured if you can put Lamborghini wheels on a vw gti you can put csl reps on a z. actually i didn't guess at all i made sure i did my homework before buying the wheels.

imo, the z needs a deep dish or some concavity in the rear to look good.

I did to at first but i realized that the csl wheel is based of the bbs wheel design, and I've seen plenty of z's and recently sklylines online with this type of wheel. The only japanese mesh wheel i saw for the z that i liked were the wheels by works, but i sure was not going to pay the money for them. I actually curved one of my wheels last week. I would've been mad as hell if i had curved a 1000 dollar wheel.
