I went today to Esserman and they gave me the instructions for the wire transfer. They also gave me the quote they were supposed to send you. PM me with an e-mail address and I will scan the papers and e-mail them to you. If you agree with the price, you can wire them the money and I'll pick up the wheel and send it out to you via whatever courier/mail service you choose, at your cost, of course.

I understand it could be kind of difficult for you to trust a complete stranger but if you need the wheel that bad, you may not have too many options. If it works for you, go to eBay and check my feedback under "cisco-kid-87" . It's not much but it's spotless.
