Default People With Toyos Proxes TR1

I just got some new wheels and tires put on my car and was wondering if other people who have 19 inch wheels with Toyo Proxes TR1 lowered their car afterwards. The measurments for the tires are 245/35/19-front and 275/35/19-rear.

Their is not much gap between the fender and tire but on one side it appears bigger than the other in the rear. So i was wondering if i would lower it if there would be rubbing or not since the tires are huge...

If anyone has lowered their car afterwards and had no problems i would appreciate it if you can post pics along with what kind of springs/coilovers. If you havent lowered it after you put the tires on please speak up as well and maybe post some pics

Thanks

Totally depends on the offset of your wheel. My previous setup was Toyo T1R 275/35/19 on 19x10 wheel with +25 offset. There was plenty of room between the tire and the inner fender lip. I probably could have run 6 or 7 mm spacer without rubbing.

Also keep in mind that if you lower the car and do not install a camber correction kit, the lower ride height means more negative camber (i.e. the top of the tire will lean farther inward toward the car) which gives you more clearance, but decreases your tire life on the inner edge.

Post up offsets and we can get this figured out.
