Hey all, I replaced my stock wheels and after taking off the front stock wheels I tried to put the new ones on but there was an addition bolt that was preventing me to do so. So I took them off because they didn't appear do be doing anything. Can anyone tell me what these bolts and spacers are used for?

that bolt stops you from putting the stock wheels from the rear on the front. you can remove the bolt
