Default RPF1 18x9.5 18x10.5 +15

I just purchased a set of rpf1 and I need to know if my 275/40/18's will work in the rear with out fender rolling. I'm drop on nf210.
Thanks guys.

How much lower after the drop?

Pretty sure there won't be rubbing.

Do you think 295's would fit on the rear also? Without tons of negative camber.

I'm considering this wheel combo also, but 275/295. Maybe 305 in the rear.

Hey guys, thanks a lot, your input has been very helpful and I trust your setups. it will be about 2wks before I get them, so I wanted to be perpare. My nittos are still brand new and I didn't want to buy another set. I will be running a 245 in the front. I will hopefully take pics once I'm done. again thanks.

295 will definitely rub, even with negative camber and fenders rolled. You need the rims with the higher offsets for the wider tires to fit. If you're not dropped, you MAY be able to get away with it if you get 295/30 tires since they are shorter.

I just got the same setup and good to know so many of you guys do too. I got 275/40/18 Falken 452s for the rear and was also concerned about rubbing. Since my hotchkis does not drop as low as the nf210s, I guess I'm safe to assume I won't experiencing any rubbing.

285+ will Rub. Im lowered with stock Camber specs and had 285's and rubbed. Upped to 295's now (255 front) with rolled fenders. Probably going back to the 285's though. The ahandling on the 265/285 setup was amazing and I really don't want to run a 275/295 cause 275 front is a lil much IMO.

so, the tire won't look too fat in the back with a 40 series?

No, I think it looks perfectly fine. Some people don't like taller sidewalls. That tire is what is protecting the wheels, so I like having the added rubber and smoother ride.

If that rubs, then how did that other guy fit 18x10.5 +15 WITH a 15mm spacer (effective 0 offset) with 285 width tires? The thread is current right now, might be in the Roadrace section.

Now find me a good tire in that size.... Only thing I found was the RE01A PP and the sidewall was too soft for my liking. Hopefully they bring out those sizes in this new NT05 Nitto tire....

Doesn't look like too much camber to me. I asked in the thread but didn't get an answer.
