19 TSW on a ZR

So I installed my new TSW on my ZR. I made an appointment with the dealer to get the tps reset and they tell me the rims are to thick. Did anyone else have this problem?. I have 245/35/19 on the front 275/35/19 on the rear.

The TPMS sending units are inside the wheels, but the wheels are too thick? Too thick for what? I don't get it.
