1. I got a flat and the tire place, Mavis, plugged it. It that ok on 18" Performance tires?

2. They lifted the car on a flat lift and could not put the spacers, pucks, under the car. Could they have damage something under the car?

I would really appreciate anyone who knows the answer to these questions.

the tire will still be usable, but you just lost the speed rating it had. I had to have one of mine plugged about 2 months ago now, and it's been fine--even with 2 track events mixed in there.

Don't know the answer to your second question. You might just have to get under there and look.
