Default 18x8 chrome oem skinny 5 spoke wheels

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2003-...Q5fAccessories

These wheels are impossible to find, for a good price that is!.. I know they are more rare than most of the oem Z wheels but I think they are so clean.. most people prefer aftermarket wheels but I think these look so so clean and so hot

I'm a newer member so I can't post in the FS or WTB section, but I wish I could find these for a decent price.. anyone have them?...

on a side note, i think its silly new members cant post WTB.. i can understand FS but not WTB

Rick

oh goodness, no need to wet your pants big guy.."to each their own", remember? I've been surfing nissan forums for years.. not that it matters but I have looked at 1000's of aftermarket wheels and I personally(you know what personally means right?) think that these look super clean on a 350z roaster..

Oh gosh gee. I guess they are hideous because they're not Volks! You guys are obsessed.
I've got them. They came on my car when I got them. I wouldn't recommend them though. I've got 37K on mine and the chrome is starting to separate.

Check out the post on OEM "chrome rim disaster". You may think twice about these wheels.

You need to read that thread yourself. It doesn't have to do with factory chrome rims, but oem rims that are chromed after the fact.

It is the OEM rims that are chromed later that are the problem. The one here is an original chromed OEM rim. These do NOT crack.

I am not suggesting that if you get the wheels from the dealer that there is a problem. I was simply pointing out that there was another post that had info about these wheels and that you may want to consider the issue with them.

CHILL!!

No knee draging a car is a joke. LOL I'm gonna try it sometime.

I've seen those factory chromed wheels on a stock white Z and they are better looking than stock 17's some Z's came with.

Just kidding. Did you ever get new wheels yet? I know you were looking at some then changed your mind.

These wheels are pretty rare, I was an internet sales manager for nissan for a while and Ive only seen them on 07 roadsters (that I can remember). I was never partial to these wheels but they're not terrible. If you like them keep searching, you'll find them.

They definitely aren't exclusive to 07 Roadsters. There's an 03-05 coupe around here with those wheels. Some chick with factory Brembos that's never done anything to her car. They do exist, just have to be found.
