Default way to fix tire-wear problem?

We all know about the 2003 and 04 350Z's tendancy to wear out front tires...
I heard the newer models don't have this problem because of redesigned part in the front end.

1. Does anyone know what was changed?
2. Is there a way of fitting 2003 Z's with the new part(s)?

-Thanks!
