I think they look good in 19 and 20 inch and in black. I'm not a real big fan of the colored lips.

What does the wheel diameter have to do with the size of the tires? "Mud" tires, as you say. . .? Is this a mud tire? Please, I sincerely request an answer since you seem to know so much about tires. . .

Just FYI, this tire is offered in 275, 295, 315, and 335 sizes for 17" wheels. Why would they do that? Heck, it's offered in 345 for 18" or 19" wheels! Let's all go mudding with our slick tires!

And don't worry, it's not just Hoosier and race tires that are in these sizes. Michelin makes their PS2 tire, which is OEM on Porsche, in 335s for 17", 315 and 335 for 18", and 345 for 19". I don't know about you, but I don't see many 911s playing in the mud. You make no sense.

I am thinking about getting spacers if the wheels don't sell and coilovers sometime in the near future. The wheels and tires already mounted. F 245/40/18 and R 265/40/18. I plan to go with the 19's Le mans Corse wheels if they sell by spring.

I think he is referring to the fact that the sidewall is so damn big they look like mud tires, not that they are actually for mudding...

Again, he fails to understand that the second number refers to the aspect ratio. A "big" 305/30 has less sidewall than a "standard" 245/40 or 275/35.

a 305/30 has about the same sidewall as a 255/35. not sure what that d00d is thinking.

how do i know, first of all if you use a tire calculator, go google it, it says so.
plus thats the setup i run.

Sportmax wheels just scream " I suck at life all over them" horrible offsets and width. If you want cheap wheels pony up a couple hundred extra and get some Rota's with the proper width and offset for your car.
