Default quick tire help

On stock rays from the 06

im planing on keeping my front tires the same 245 40 18 and planing on changing the rear 265 35 19 to 285 30 19

is this gonna throw the vdc into crazy mode

also, will i be taller in the rear..

I suggest doing just a little reading on your own first so you will be able to gather and learn to use the tools available to answer the question.

However, your proposed tire size will be 2.25% smaller than the stock rear tire. That is within what the VDC will allow (according to the great sticky in this section). However, your rear tire will end up being the same diameter as the front. That is OK, but if I were you I would go with either a 275/35/19 which will be 3.25% larger than the front stock wheel (compared to the stock rear which is 2.25% larger than the stock front) or change the front to 255/40 and the rear to 285/35 which will still retain the 2.25% difference between front and rear and should fit fine.

Those are the two options that I'm considering at least with my '06 GT.

ahhh...I like the 275 35 19....And since i do not have to change my fronts, I will buy a set of those...THank you very much!!
