when I had my 240sx it seemed like I was on cusp of the "fat tire is hot" trend. now mine weren't as fat as what some people had, but going to regional meets it was rare I'd come across another street driven car with wider tires...it seems like the same thing is happening with the Z/G crowd as well. I like big rubbers, I can't help myself...be ncie if I had the power to back it up, but I doubt I ever will.

245 on a 10 is not a slight stretch. It's a huge stretch, and I do not recommend that size for this wheel given the width and the offset.

Good for you, however, this is a thread for appropriately-sized tires, which is not 245 on a 10.

it's not a huge stretch, my fronts are 19X10 and my offsets are lower than the op's.

here's a pic of the stretch, i think it looks perfect.

Offset has nothing to do with the amount of stretch though. Like I said, the wheel pokes out from the tire. Some like it, and some run within tire manufacturer's suggested sizes. I'm also curious - why would run a stretch in the front and not match it in the rear?

I wouldnt run the spacers and do a 275/35 front, 285/35 rear

Running 245's on a 10" rim is a waste IMO-its an eye sore.
