quick question: 18"x9.5" nismo LMGT

quick question: 18"x9.5" nismo LMGT
I have a set of nismo's in 18x9.5 for the rear.
The recommended size for the rear is 275/40/18.
However, the dunlop direzza (my first choice) are available in 275/35/18.
The fronts are 245/40/18.
Is this going to cause problem with the VDC and/or speedo + trip meter?
