To chrome or not to chrome?
I have a Lemans Sunset coupe with 19 inch Moda R6's. I'm debating whether to keep the silver finish of the wheels or have them chromed.
What are your thoughts?
Thanks!

Chrome looks nasty regardless of car color. Down with chrome!

With time, Chrome will peal from the inside causing leaks around the bead. I have owned chrome wheels. I never will again. Just my thoughts though.

Chrome is totally worth it. Just make sure you do the ENTIRE CAR. Tires, body, seats, engine, everything. Just dip the entire Z in the Chrome bath. You'll be pleased with the results!

No chrome. You will get sick of it. I'm sick of mine. Moving to silver soon hopefully.

I vote no chrome, if they were 20's then I would have voted YEZ.

You've already got pretty heavy wheels in the R6's so adding chrome won't matter that much as far as weight is concerned.
If you like chrome then I say go for it. I personally wouldn't do it, but if that's what you like then why not?

Well, I don't like chrome on our cars cause the door handles really stand out, and chrome doesn't match it. But to each is own, JMO.

Exactly. Chrome is for Luxury, not Sport.
