If you purchased the correct 5x114.3 lug pattern and proper offset & spoke designed wheels that will clear your brakes and you still can't put your front wheels on because it seems to be hitting something....
Congratulations, you were just pwn3d by the "Failbolt".
Never before has a 10mm bolt with a spacer caused so much pain, suffering, and confusion than the one installed on the Z/G front rotor.
Why is it there? It is Nissan's way to prevent the non-educated owners from rotating their tires in what is a staggered wheel setup from factory.
How do I defeat this... Failbolt?
Simple. Using a 10mm socket or wrench, remove the bolt from the rotor and discard.
You can now put on your new wheels/tires that you just spent the last 6 months saving up for-- or be the rebellious type and rotate your staggered wheels forward (for that FWD dragster look), that the Nissan Manual specifically told you not to do.
