it's +22 all around. and if you want to get 12 offsets, then yes, you wi ll need to roll your fenders for sure.

yep 19x10.5 +22 all around. I needed at least a 3mm spacer up front to clear the brembos. So with the +12 i will assume you'll need one as well. But mine was so aggressive even with the stretched 235/35, it pulled the fenders when i made a turn and im pissed. The +12 will be even harder to pull off but still possible.

+22 with te37s shouldnt need spacers.. thats whay myself and a lot of other guys are running with brembos

9.5 +22 doesn't need one, 10.5 +22 does
