i phone quality.....
The grille i had matched with matte black.....
Black on silver looks mean imo.
I feel that the rims make the calipers look CRAPPY they need to be matched also.
I feel that black rims make the Headlights a bit too BRIGHT in all of there silver chrome glory. The tires were dirty, the rims were dirty.
A rim looks cheap it looks cheap wouldn't really matter what color they were per say.
Everyone gave me the thumbs up at " The Run VII " so i'm happy.

I am in the process of deciding on a matte vinyl roof. that would tie it together nicely!

while I like the wheels, I feel like they leave so much open view of the rotors/calipers.. doesn't look right without a BBK.

friend of mine has these on his rx7, black center, polished lip, looks good.

well i don't know about that entirely. I have seen many pics on the web and not many of them had BBK that cost 2600.00. I will agree that i need to paint the calipers so they don't stick out soooo much. I just upgraded the rotors so they are brand new slotted Stoptechs'. I am just a superfan of MATTE rims. I could have done many other things for them but i love it!
Found them on a website, pretty expensive rims new.......
600.00 to make them the way i want = priceless!!!
oh... that may be the back rim, so those are not the Stoptechs just the fronts......

These rims look sik in person.

Here's another pic, from my cell phone:

Christian is doing a fine job of modding slowly. I'm sure he'd jump on a BBK that was free.

But we've all been in his shoes of wanting to go fast with modding and the wallet putting brakes on it all! LOL

I like them. Painted calipers would set them off nicely, though. Have you thought about 2 tone paint. I think it would look great but I may be a little partial. I have thought about PC my Volks black

Two tone on the rims? No i don't want that. I would have done that in the first place i had to save up the cash to do PC them Matte.
With the help of my club(350z club of florida) down my way i will be getting the calipers painted. they are such good ppl.

Dude, do it. For $600.00 dollars it changes the whole outlook of the car. I hated those rims silver but i love them MATTE black. I was going to buy new rims and spend well over 2500.00 but for $600.00 i got the same effect. seems like a no brainer and if its the VOLKS i like then def PC them NOW!

I was actually talking about the car. Mine is 2 tone silver and black and thats the main reason I was thinking about PC my Volks. I like yours the way it is with the solid color and black rims. I just wanted to throw the 2 tone out there as a suggestion. Its cool that you have good people there to help out. Mine is sponsored by a local shop and they really help me out a lot.
