Int'l Wheel Concepts in La Habra is a vendor for XXR wheels, I may go by their shop and check them out and look at the 521 mesh wheel which caught my eye.
I'll let you know. Does anyone have any experience with prior XXR wheels bad or good?

Why not just get Rota's? Just a bit more cash, and most of their styles will weigh a good 4-8 lbs less.

My 20x11 rear weighs the same or less than that 18".

I was just talking to a local vendor and he showed me these. I will be trying the 17s to make sure they fit over the Brembos, and if so I got some cheap auto cross wheels to thrash on and beat on. I wish they were wider but good enough for my skill level.

Don't look bad

I know of alot of drifters that run XXR wheels on their cars. They can take a beating and are inexpensive, however they are very heavy and until now had weak offsets. If you like the look and don't mind the weight, go for them! It's your car, do things to it for you, not for anyone else.

Wow, those pics of the 522's. Just goes to show sometimes you can't rely on the pics on the website.

I take back what I said about them not looking bad. They do look pretty bad. Is it still cool to say 'moaded'. lol
