I noticed that the spec for the touring wheels is the same f&r but there is a different part number for the front and rear. The offset is listed as the same along with the width so what is the difference between the two? Thanks in advance.

 

the rear has a shallow well between lugs to keep you from bolting on the front. Unless you removed the 6th lug bolt thing.
